Back door deck, 4 x 3 m

Sits about 300 mm above the garden, so it meets the back door without a guard. One step runs off the front. This is the size most people search for and the one most merchant lists get wrong, because the joist spacing is set by the board, not by the timber size.

Free, no sign-up. This is a material take-off, not a structural design; spans, footings and guards still need checking against local rules.
