One inbox, answered by a person. It is a small operation, so replies come as soon as we get to them rather than on a clock. There is no phone line — measurements, links and screenshots are easier to sort out in writing.
What to write about
Something in the take-off looks wrong
Send the link to the design (Copy link on the 3D view) and say which line you disagree with. A take-off you can check is the whole point, so a wrong line is treated as a bug.
Billing and plans
Upgrades, downgrades, invoices and cancellations. Write from the email address on the account so it can be found quickly.
Putting the designer on your own site
Pro accounts get the embed code and the requests inbox. If the snippet will not sit in your site builder, send the page address and it can be looked at.
A structure that is not covered yet
Decks, pergolas, fences and garden rooms are done. Steps, landings and shelters come next, and what people ask for decides the order.
BuildPlot3D gives you material quantities and, with your own rates, a price. It is not a structural design and not a substitute for building control.
