Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Rafael Araújo, Rua do Fraz nº148, Várzea, Barcelos, Portugal, the provider of BuildPlot3D. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

You need an accurate email address and must keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 16 years old and use BuildPlot3D for professional purposes.

The Free plan is limited to 25 saved jobs and includes a "Built with BuildPlot3D" line on shared design pages. A one-off job pack ($9) adds the dimensioned plan, exact cut list, merchant CSV, full build pages and your company name to one saved job, for good, with no subscription. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. When you buy a job pack you ask us to generate and deliver it immediately, so once the pack has been produced and delivered that withdrawal right no longer applies. The files are sent straight away and are yours to keep. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.

Delivery is immediate: every job pack is a digital product generated and delivered as soon as payment completes. Because it is delivered at once, pack sales are final.

You keep all rights to the designs, measurements and images in your account. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display that content so the service works.

Quantities are worked out from the dimensions and the country practice you choose. Any money shown comes only from rates you type in yourself. We do not supply prices, national averages or supplier feeds. The result is a material take-off, not a quote and not engineering advice. Always confirm quantities, local building codes and permits with your supplier and your local authority before you build.

• Do not upload unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
• Do not present our estimates as a certified quote or engineering approval.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not resell the service without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these rules.

We work to keep BuildPlot3D available, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime and may be interrupted for maintenance or by third-party providers.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach. On termination your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. The agreement is governed by the law of the country where Rafael Araújo is established, without removing the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your own country. Questions: support@buildplot3d.com.
