This is the real pack, produced by the same engine as a live job — a 6 × 4 m pressure-treated deck with railing, steps and a pergola, worked to UK practice. All names, contact details, addresses, references and notes are sample information.
Paid: setting out, the yard order sheet and the build order are printed in full, and the company name is on the cover, on every page header and on the acceptance block. $9 for one job, or a plan from $19 a month.
